ATZ Solutions Quotation Policy

ATZ Solutions quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise indicated.

ATZ Solutions Artwork and Production Policy

Artwork and production costs are not included in ATZ Solutions goods and/or services price and may be charged.

ATZ Solutions General Order and Delivery Policy

Customer orders received will be accepted and supplied utilising the customers documentation. ATZ Solutions will endeavour to send stock items via courier within 3 to 4 working days and non stock items within 12 to 14 working days from receipt of client order and/or approved artwork.Freight costs will be calculated at the completion of your order and unless indicated may be charged by ATZ Solutions. Freight costs may vary based on time lines, weight and distance of delivery requirements.

ATZ Solutions Online Order & Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send in stock goods via courier within 3 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery 12 working days. Freight costs should be itemised at the check out at the time of ordering. Freight costs may vary based on time lines, weight and distance of delivery requirements. ATZ Solutions uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.

• Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.

• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by ATZ Solutions or any outside party.

• All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.

• All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.

• eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.

• eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by ATZ Solutions.

ATZ Solutions Quantity Policy

ATZ Solutions will endeavour to ship exact quantities however quantities may vary on non stock items by +/- 10%. ATZ Solutions reserves the right charge for quantity of items delivered.

Returns & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a 7 day money-back guarantee on unbranded items from the time you receive the goods. Any item that has been branded with company logos or altered in any way are non-returnable. Please email us at accounts@atzsolutions.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, altered in any way or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. ATZ Solutions will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

ATZ Solutions will take all reasonable care in the receipt and/or production of items, preparation of artwork and provision of other services, however does not warrant or except liability for the final product and or services approved or requested by the client unless by written agreement. Products and services provided by ATZ Solutions will be payable by the receiving party within 30 days.
